Outcomes
For over nine years, Global Girl Project has focused on mobilising girls across the Majority World to transform their communities.
In this time, we have extended our programming, broadened our geographic reach, and mobilised girls in some of the world’s most marginalised communities.
Working alongside our trusted partner organisations, we are proud to have:
Engaged over 1000 girls in our programmes
Delivered over 39,000 hours of in-person education
Contributed over $85,700 of direct funding to girls for their continuing education
Onboarded over 700 girls into our Global Graduates Connect ecosystem
Brought girls together across 15 countries
Reached over 7,100 community members through our girls’ events
We are focused on delivering the most effective and inclusive experience for our programme participants, in order to best enable them to develop and to transform their communities.
What has this meant for our participants after taking our programme?
91%
of participants would share their point of view on community issues as, or more often
90%
of participants were as, or more likely to voice their opinions as a leader
92%
of participants would rate their presentation skills and comfort with presenting as, or more highly
